Governance CSR

In France, Corporate Social Responsibility is carried out by the HR, Quality and Performance Department, in direct contact with General Management. This attachment allows the control of sustainable issues and the integration of the expectations of our stakeholders in the CSR strategy.

Following an analysis of the Group's social responsibility issues conducted with external and internal stakeholders, a materiality matrix was produced and made it possible to define the 3 pillars of the CSR strategy :

  • A career-accelerating employer
  • An innovation stimulator
  • A responsible partner

The CSR team guarantees the implementation of this strategy. its role is to :

  • Manage the deployment of the CSR strategy
  • Initiate value-creating projects
  • Disseminate good practices
